Fibre Extraction Unit.

Our company is situated at Tamil Nadu, Pollachi. We procure our raw materials (Coconut Husk) and transport it using our own transport facility. We are having 10MT of Fiber Production and 20MT of Coir Pith/Coco peat production capacity per day at our industry. Our Unit has 50,000 Square Feet of Concreate drying Yard, which helps to avoid the foreign materials mix in the fibre or Cocopeat.

Coco Peat Unit

Coco peat / Coir Pith is used as growing medium for Horticulture, Floriculture and Agricultural Industry. We are purchasing matured coconut husk for our manufacturing process, which contains matured Lignin and Cellulose. In our extraction process we are focusing on Fiber and Pith Quality. Coconut Husks are soaked properly during extraction process, so fibre and pith are not damaged. Coco peat / Coir pith expansion is also good, hence the quality of our all Coir pith products are good.
